The corresponding locking system Lock allows you to connect several accessories and thereby opens up for even more training variations, where virtually only the imagination sets the limit. Comes with two different lengths of rope, and can therefore be adapted to training places by as much as 5.5 meters ceiling height.

This set includes the wide sling we call Fly which gives you a host of new exercise variations, as well as greater support wherever desirable. With this package solution is inlaid discount compared to if you buy the equipment separately.

The sling is also family friendly as you can let Fly (wide loop) linger in the equipment so that the family has been a swing for children either in the garden under the tree or inside the house. For families with very young, most pram lifts installed in Lock (locking system) and thereby the equipment used as the cradle when not in use for training.

Liana Fly is easy to install both indoors and out, and occupies no more than that it can be taken on the run. Thinking about taking sling with traveling or severely limited with mounting options, we recommend that you also buy Door anchor who simply hung over the door before it closes. When the door is then closed, the sling locked and ready to use.
