Basic is for you who are always on the go. A light-weight system which takes minimal space. Fits up to 3 meters ceiling height.
Basic is our most simple system, designed for the trainer from time to time and do not need to expand the exercise repertoire through options. Handle in heavy webbing material which is fixed to the rope with a rope grab.
