The corresponding locking system Lock allows you to connect several accessories and thereby opens up for even more training variations, where virtually only the imagination sets the limit. Comes with two different lengths of rope, and can therefore be adapted to training places by as much as 5.5 meters ceiling height.

Liana is easily mounted both inside and out, and occupies no more than that it can be taken on the run. Thinking about taking sling with traveling or severely limited with mounting options, we recommend that you also buy Door anchor who simply hung over the door before it closes. When the door is then closed, the sling locked and ready to use.
